JVVNL Junior Legal Officer Syllabus – Electricity board of rajasthan issued a notification of 48 Junior legal officer/Junior Law Officer in various electricity company of Rajasthan i.e.

• Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL)
• Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JdVVNL)
• Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited(AVVNL)
• Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL)
• Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN).

Educational Qualification of Junior legal officer is Law graduate.

Notification of recruitment of junior legal officer

Exam of Junior legal officer will be of 2 hourse in two parts. Part I relates to subject based and part II relates to Reasoning, GK, General Science, mathematics etc. Weightage of part I will be 60% and part II will be 40%.

Detailed syllabus of Junior Legal Officer

Part-A 60 % Weitage.

• Constitution of India special emphasis of Fundamentals Rights,Directive Principles and enforcement of rights through writs,Functioning of High Courts and Supreme Court and Attorney General.
• Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code,Provisions required to be referred generally in Goverments Offices will be given importance.
• Evidence Act,Limitation Act,Interpretation of statutes,drafting and convincing.

Part-B: 40 %weitage

• (i)Reasoning & Mental Ability:-Analytical Reasoning,Number series,Letter series,Odd man out,Coding-Decoding,Shapes and Mirror Images,Clocks,etc.(ii)Mathematics:-Mathematics (Class-X level).
  

  General science notes and 1000 questions

  (iii)General Knowledge & Everyday Science:-Currents events including issues of state (Rajasthan),National & International importance,Persons & Places in recent news,Games & Sports,Science,Indian History,Civics,Geography,Indian polity,etc.,with special reference to Rajasthan.

  (iv)Hindi General:-Hindi Grammer  and  Language (Class-X level).

  (v)English General:-English Grammer and Language (Class-X level).
